We are from the UK and are thinking about winter sun holiday options for Jan/Feb 2009.How much money should we expect to part with? What are the flight times from the UK. Is Mexico a good place to take a child or should we stick with the good old Canary Islands?

how do i stop my ears popping or hurting on a takeoff?
next monday, im going to spain (from machester, uk) and it’s only my 2nd flight and last time i flew to the canary islands and my ears didnt pop properly and they were really sore the whole flight, but my science teacher says it is essential our ears pop… im confused!
